Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering, or equivalent.
Shall have a minimum of 15 years relevant experience in the facilities/property management industry with at least 10 years at managerial level.
Good knowledge of standard HSE practises;
Excellent Inter-personal and communication skills, with strong oral and written skills in English and able to communicate in Malay is advantage;
Diplomacy and strong negotiation skills;
Have also Certificate of NEBOSH & IOSH
Computer literacy with good knowledge of commercial application / Facilities Management software;
Good leadership skills with ability to work at own initiative and as part of a team;
Male or Female, 30 – 50 years old.
