Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree , Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Okinawa.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• 30 Full-Time and Contract position available.

Qualifications
Basic Experience:

• Bachelor and Degree required

General Experience:

• 1 or more years/experience in a call center environment preferred

Language:

• Must be fluent in English
• Fluent in Japanese highly preferred
• Skill: Good verbal and written communication skills
• Effective analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Acute attention to detail
• Interest in helping others
• Ability to work independently or collaborate with others
• Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule/overtime as needed
