Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Human Resource
• Management or Maritime Studies,Prepare documents requirements for flage state application
• Handle flag state applications such as: Panama, Liberia, Marshall Islands, Italy, Singapore, etc
• In charge to communicate with different Ministry Office to obtain the full term license
• Monitor the line-up crew with regards to the planned joining vessel to apply the needed flag license
• Check the license of on board crew in case of promotion and nearly expiration of their flag state documents and apply accordingly
• Upload and update flag certificate in the crew management software
• Forward original flag licenses and documentations to the vessel by email or by courier as required
• Interact with the Accounting Department regarding payment of flag endorsement, sick wages and other related costs
• Coordinate with Crew Managers and Crewing Assistant relevant to timely application of and flag state documents.
