Job Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of HRM
- With at least 5 years working experience preferably in reputable restaurants or catering services companies
- Knowledge of methods and procedures of quantity food preparation
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safe food storage
- Knowledge of use and care of cooking equipment and utensils
- Knowledge of kitchen safety
- Ability to prepare quantities of food required with a minimum of waste
- Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments
- Ability to prepare and serve food in an allotted time and on schedule
- Ability to safe storage of food
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the kitchen
- Ability to accept willingly shift work as required.
