Job Description
- Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records for different companies
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial reporting system to ensure integrity of finances based on sound accounting procedures and control
- Resolves issues raised by our outside partners (supplier, customers and other parties)
- Ensures correct journal entries and informations encoded in the system (XERO and ERP)
- General and subsidiary ledgers analysis
- Reconciliation of asset and liabilities accounts
- Expense analysis i.e. accruals and prepayment of lapsing schedule
- Submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports on deadlines
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Ensures systematic and updated record keeping of all financial reports.
- Has integrity and knows how to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Create payment through online banking and ensure accuracy of information.
- Process Invoice Factoring documentation and submit to the financing partner
- Communicate with suppliers and clients on the payment request and status of the business transaction
- Assist in administrative work from time to time and or assignment from the Head of Finance
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent (CPA preferred)
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have good communication skills
- Familiarity with accounting systems. Experience with Xero is a plus.
