Responsibilities:
* Ensure all resources of the company are effectively coordinated to produce good quality products and efficiently manage all areas of operation (production, warehouse, procurement, sales, IT and HR)
* Required to be highly strategic & dynamic and formulate business plans to work within a tough environment of high competition
* Ensure lean cost structure, maximum efficiency levels, and ability to identify and reduce waste in all respects, and strengthen operating systems
* Responsible for above and below the line performance of the company in line with the budget & Business Plan approved by the Board
* Implement structured reporting to the Board on a monthly/quarterly basis to exhibit company’s operation, growth and future developments and its performance in terms of KPIs and other objectives
* To work in a multi-cultural environment
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Minimum of 10 years senior general management role in a manufacturing and/or distribution set-up
* Applicants must be willing to work in NORTH SITRA.
* Male/Female 35-45 years old.
