Requirements:
Graduate in a related discipline.
With at least 5+ years overseas equivalent experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Good working knowledge & experience in contract preparation, interpretation, bid evaluation, subcontract report preparation.
Ability to check invoices
Preferably conversant with Subcontract Strategy & Subcontract Plan & Procedures.
Legal knowledge & experience in cost estimation & control is an advantage
With good written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is a MUST
Flexible, able to adapt & thrive in a fast paced environment
