Responsibilities:
To effectively manage all assigned mechanical engineering projects in the factory.
To maintain and offer mechanical services for all utilities and equipment in the factory
To maintain the mechanical workshop and order mechanical spares required for effective running of the site utilities.
Managing team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and actioned.
Successfully mentoring local trainees to Engineer status by training them and implementing performance management throughout the section
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering –
3 Full-Time position(s) available.
University Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Sound AutoCAD software knowledge and expertise
Computer expertise especially in MS word, MS excel and power point
Minimum of 5 years work experience in the manufacturing sector
Sound knowledge of Engineering practices.
Good interpersonal relationship
