ADVANCE GROUP LINK MANPOWER SERVICES INC.– Are seeking qualified candidates for 5 Production Manager in Uganda. Candidates are required to submit the resume providing comprehensive details of experience and qualification stated below.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manufacture high quality products as per demand and to ensure the profitability of the division through optimum utilization of resources.
Planning, coordination and control of production processes depending on the nature of the production system
To ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently; with right quality, quantity, and cost
Responsible for effective and optimum utilization of both human and material resources
To actively involve in both the pre – production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.
To be actively involved in dealing with production team
To actively involved with product design and production in coordination with Planners, Controllers, Production Engineers, Production Supervisors and Quality Assurance Engineers.
Provide consulting for future contracts, storage and upgrading equipment
Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule to ensure timely production of good – quality products
Manage he operation of production processes
To ensure the goods & services are produced on time, and up to the satisfaction of the customer, with right price
Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
Hold responsibility for Health and Safety issues.
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Uganda.
Must be hardworking, honest & responsible.
With good communication skills
Can work under pressure.
