Responsibilities:
Prepare tables for dining, greet and welcome potential customers in a professional manner, present menu, attend to customer enquiries, assist diners in their selection and optimize sales by using a suggestive approach in the selling of food and beverage orders.
Take down orders precisely and transmit and transmit them to kitchen.
Serve food and beverage in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
Maintain dining experience and concluding dining experience, issue bill, accept payments and return change or credit cards.
Keep assigned area clean/hygienic at all times.
Attend training sessions as required and contribute to food service with new ideas and suggestions.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Dubai.
Minimum 2 years experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel outlet, although more important are individual’s communication skills and character.
Candidate must have a pleasing personality and enjoys interaction with customers.
Conversant with basic standards of plated service but training will be given where applicable.
Knowledgeable on food and beverage hygiene and safety, she must possess a mature outlook, some element of quiet and moderate aggressiveness in selling and able to handle position under pressure.
