Work Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
9 years of overall progressive HR experience in areas such as performance and talent management, organizational design, leadership development, facilitation and training
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs and Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Facilitate the design and implementation of Joint Venture (JV) HR goals and provide JV
HR teams guidance for implementation and continual improvement.
Participate in identification of key internal and external stakeholders and build a shared vision in support of HR strategies.
Provide guidance and mentoring for JVs and departmental HR teams.
Provide support to JVs for HR strategy implementation.
Facilitate with cascading the SA HR strategies/KPIs to the Admin Area level.
Provide feedback and recommendations to VPs, Admin Area to improve the effectiveness of HR strategies.
Facilitate the annual JV forums to facilitate inter-Joint Venture communication and cooperation.
Oversee and ensure the quality and consistency of succession planning and leadership selection decisions in the JVs.
Audits the quality and execution of JVs Individual Development Plans (IDP) to ensure targeted development goals are met
