Qualifications
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or undergraduate of similar course with equivalent of minimum 5 years of continuous experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar field
- 25-40 yrs old
- Experience on different types of sewing machine repair and maintenance works
- Capable to handle different operations on general maintenance works of shoe manufacturing company (post type and flat bed sewing machines, finishing machine with pneumatic and hydraulic functioning system)
- Ability to use testing tools and comprehend different application of machines
Task Description
- Ensures all machines are properly maintained and in good running condition
- Inspects machines daily
- On call repair, installation and routine replacements of spare-parts as needed
- Monitors compressor running time and its maintenance
- Daily roving routine at the production area for preventive maintenance and machine start-up
- Oils and cleans machines
