Requirements:
Shall have full secondary education and hold a technical Diploma or certification in Architectural or Civil Engineering from a reorganized technical institute or a college.
Shall have minimum of seven (7) years in field of facilities maintenance and operation with a minimum of three (3) years of recent experience shall have been in the position of Building Trade Foreman, or a similar level in the in supervisory at a large institutional, residential office complex. He shall have extensive experience in repair and maintenance of building systems, structures and all other areas of his trade
Must have practical experience of computer use and application.
Must have good communication skills and must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Applicants must be willing to work in Jubail.
