Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all branch activities and ensure an efficient daily operation.
- Supervise and monitor branch staff in order to ensure that their performance is as specified in thier job descriptions and in accordance with TGC standards & procedures.
- Prepare staff & daily activity schedules in order to ensure maximum service coverage during peak times.
- Conduct a 5-minute morning brief with the branch staff on a daily basis, check on their grooming & hygiene throughout the day and ensure the upkeep, maintenance of equipment & hygiene of the shop at all times.
- Interact / meet with the Assistant Area Manager on a daily basis in order to report daily sales, prepare sales / cash deposit and complete daily staff efficiency report.
- Report / recommend disciplinary action to Assistant Area Manager concerning staff incidents in the branch.
- Make recommendations to Assistant Area Manager on matters concerning prices, services & procedures, marketing strategies in order to improve sales and promote the branch & brands of the company.
- Maintain excellent relationship with customers, ensure their satisfaction & resolve customer issues / complaints while keeping the Assistant Area Manager informed of the issues at all times.
- Assist Assistant Area Manager in the selection of candidates who require further training, recommend qualified candidates for the TGC Excellence Plan (Incentive / Performance Plan) and assist in training & coaching the Assistant Branch Supervisor.
- Complete / compile various forms, checklist & reports including store inventory & stock requisition daily, weekly, monthly as required & in accordance with TGC procedures.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Dubai.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
- 9 Full-Time positions available.
- Minimum 5 years as SUPERVISOR, Branch working in a reputable company in the beauty industry, salon, spa, etc.
- Will be knowledgeable on the basic fundamentals & modern practices in beauty salons & spas.
- Will possess adequate knowledge & practical business experience in salon operation & management, customer service, employee supervision.
- Will possess an amiable personality to deal with clients and employees.
